Good stories don't always have happy endings.  In a world of chaos, there will be consequences, some one has to pay.  Caos & Consequences is 4 short stories of people living in chaos and the consequences they or some innocent bystander face as a result of this chaos.

Our hero is also the anti-hero as s/he struggles through life situations of Chaos a.k.a. sin, evil.  Not finding redemption, they find self-destruction and God’s vengeance, Consequences.
There are no fantasy happy endings here.  One’s sub coming to temptation doesn’t always end in one’s own destruction, but the demise of a love one or innocent bystanders.  Likewise, a journey to fulfillment can still end in grief and sorrow.  The result of evil is not good, but punishment.  With Chaos, there will be Consequences.

San Diego Black Film Festival
Caos & Consequences: Dead End, Repentless, and Future Shock are official selection to the SDBFF  January 27-30, 2011.  It's great to finally get the opportunity to show the film to an audience and show the world what we have cooking here.  The festival is 10+ years old so it has a rep and I noticed that San Diego has a few niche festival going on in that city.
Some of you may notice Baby Amy won't be included in the screening.  Well, apparently the film is too long at 2hrs and needed to be cut down to 90mins and so my favorite had to be cut.  I wish it could be included.  But hopefully Baby Amy will primiere soon at another venue.
Been a long road, getting turn down (read rejected) by numerous festivals.  The sad part about being rejected by a festival is you they never tell you why or give valueable feedback for the rejection.   I know a lot of filmmakers who are frustrated by that.  Hey, my opinion, this the age of computers, internet, and hand held devices.  The screeners fill out a form, comments, points marks, they scan them in and email it out with the rejection or acceptance.  "yo, I don't like your comments!" But you know what, there's valueable info.  This would be true especially if your film "sucked" and they said so, than one could save money by not sending it out to other fests.  I being sarcastic.  Haven't really blogged since production but I'll be blogging everyday during the fest, at 2am.  Peace.  Happy 2011.
